Refund policy
Returns
We currently do not support returns or provide a return address because the products you order are personalized and made specifically for each order. Should you want to submit a new order, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Quality Guarantee
We want you to be satisfied with the quality of the products you order through DigiArt Creations. If you are not satisfied with the quality of a product, please get in touch with us within 30 days of receiving the item and we will do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
If our quality assurance team validates your claim, we will be happy to send a complimentary replacement order to you as quickly as possible. We'd be happy to fix any problems and send a replacement order to make sure you are happy with your orders.
If a replacement order is not feasible, or you can't wait for a new order to arrive once your claim is validated, please indicate that when you reach out to us and we'll offer you a refund instead.
Defective or Damaged Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged that were not caused by the content provided by you or if you receive the wrong item, we will happily send a replacement order at no extra cost. This includes:
- Damage to the delivered products
- Errors in the number or quantity of the delivered products
- Lack of quality of the delivered product
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
